Voting will be held on the International Debut Film Festival's official website, http://ugrafest.ru/, and will last until November 7 inclusive. ⠀

The contest aims to create a unique platform to form a system for promoting the ideas of social focus and volunteerism in the information space through cinematic means of artistic expression.

Applications for the microfilm contest will be accepted from November 10 to January 18, 2022.⠀
