Cultural programme of the Spirit of Fire is developed
The Governor of Ugra Natalia Komarova held the meeting of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding of the Spirit of Fire International Debut Film Festival.

Due to the postponement of the Festival to August, we will open an additional call for applications for the competition programme, as some films may be released during this long waiting period, and according to the Festival's Regulations, we will have to decline their applications," said Maria Zvereva, the Vice-President of the Festival. The Film Festival's cultural programme is developing according to the previously planned dates. For the first time this year, souvenirs made for the participants of the Spirit of Fire will be based on the Ugra's ethnocultural design. Another novelty is a collaboration project with urban artist Mikhail Priyemyshev. His works and art objects are represented in the USA (New York, California) and China. Everyone will be able to join the coverage of the event this year within the Cultural Blogger programme. By August, a media plan will be created for this group of media coverage, including the cities where the Film Festival's off-site programme is held. Moreover, there is a series of special programmes by "Ugra film distribution" in the Spirit of Fire programme. This year, the children's film screening programme and animation workshops will be held in the cities of Pokachi, Megion, Nizhnevartovsk, Ugorsk, Surgut within the Film Festival. Until June 1, 2021, there is a vote to determine the winners of the microfilm contest in the adult and children's categories on the official website ugrafest.ru: http://ugrafest.ru/contests/competition_of_microfilms/ From May 1, applications for accreditation of media representatives will be accepted. The application form will be published in a separate section of the website ugrafest.ru. Applications will be accepted via the website until August 10.
